Our new listing went into escrow today. We luckily received the first offer the same day we put it on the market and received another one the next day. Now we have back up offer also.
I should be very happy but we also are the owner of the unit ...... I became a stereotype of the seller.
Most sellers think that the price was too low and in this case, I was not an exception.
Now it's better to think that the new owner is pleased and we move forward to our next project, isn't it!

本当は喜ぶべきなのですが、売主は自分たちなので、、、、たちまち私はステレオタイプの売主になってしまいました(笑)。すぐにオファーが入った場合、ほとんどの売主は安すぎたと思ってしまうのです。私も例外ではありませんでした。
