My first-ever corporate meeting and a great lunch.

Today I attended my first monthly Prudential Locations corporate meeting with about 150 other agents. We had breakfast together, 10 people at each table. I never saw SO many agents at once before! After the meeting my husband and I went to Inaba restaurant for a nice soba lunch.

今日は毎月行なわれる、プルーデンシャル ロケーションズのコーポレートミーテイングに出席しました。約150人が10人掛けの円卓で朝食をとり、その後、隣の会場に移ってコーポレートミーテイングが始まりました。一度に、こんな大勢のエージェントを見るのは初めてでした！

その後、夫といっしょに ”稲葉”で、これまた初めてのランチ、お蕎麦も天婦羅も美味！

Today we had some great training. No matter how long you have been involved in real estate there is always more to learn. The focus today was on charts and graphs. I really like those!

今日はオフィスの研修日。情報が豊富で、自分が思っていることへの

再確認ができました。

上昇する見込みです。

Open House at Royal Garden at Waikiki

The Royal Garden at Waikiki was originally  a hotel. The lobby is very deluxe with marble everywhere, high ceilings and a very European design. It made me feel like I was in a foreign country.

ヨーロピアン風。ハワイを離れてどこかへ旅行に行った

気分にさせてくれます。

This is the view from unit 1906  on the 19th floor. There is also an ocean view.

We were surprised that this was built in 1997. The building is maintained so well and so deluxe we thought it was recently built. Nice wide hallways and high ceilings.

古さは全く感じられませんし、廊下も幅があり、豪華にできています。

EMKE played at Spam Jam

今夜のカラカウア通りは、スパムジャム歩行者天国。

ローカルのロックバンドEMKEは、可愛いだけではなく、演奏もうまい！

こんなに大勢の人を見るのは、大晦日以来かしら、、人人人でした。

スパムの波乗りをしている女の子、、、、波はスパム缶で作られています。

あちこちでスパムにぎりや、スパムカレーが売られていました。

ハワイの人たちは、スパムが大好きなんです。
