Jade Dynasty seafood restaurant
We went to Ala Moana shopping center for dinner as my aunt wanted to eat Chinese food.
It was great service and food. But we realised we were misssing something after we got home.
She said she likes dim sum better, my husband wanted a cheese cake------.
We needed more stamina food. We should have ordered richer food.
叔母が中華を食べたいと言うので、暗い中ドライブしてアラモアナショッピングセンターへ。
サービスも味も良く、、、でも家に帰ってきてみると何か物足りない。叔母曰く、やっぱり飲茶が一番。夫はチーズケーキがあれば、、、。あーもっとスタミナの出るものを注文すればよかった。

Pickle ball
This is a pickle ball.
It is between tennis and ping-pong?
We have Very nice a coat just enough size to play this game.
Day is getting longer, we still have enough lighth even 6:3pm.
It's just enough to play half hour, we got sweat.
We have Never go in that swimming pool yet.
We should try it, and use Jagusie afterwords.
これピクルスボールって言うんですよ。発音はピッコボールに聞こえますが、、、、。
ピンポンとテニスの間かな？でもボールはちっともバウンドしません。
私が住んでいるコンドには、ちょうど良いコートがあります。
日が長くなって6時半を過ぎてもプレイ可能、日焼け止めをつけなくてもオーケーなのが気にいってます。30分でもう汗だくだく~~~。
ここに引っ越してから、まだいちどもプールには入ったこともないけれど、ひと泳ぎしてジャグジーにも入ってみなくっちゃ。

Before and After
This is about Before and After pictures of the bathroom at our latest remodeling project.
This was such an old fashioned shower.
こんな時代遅れのシャワールームが、近代的に、、、、 ビフォーとアフターの写真です。
It looks nice to use a darker colored grout between the tiles as it shows more contrast.
But dark grout shows water and soap stains. So it's better to use a lighter beige grout, especially because this will be a rental. We did not want to use large tiles because it is such a small shower. It costs more to install the small tiles but they look so nice it is worth it.
タイルとタイルの間はグラウトを使います。濃い色の方がコントラスがあってよく見えますが、石鹸や水垢で汚れが目立つので、薄いベージュ系を使う方が無難なんです。このユニットはレンタルにする予定なので、お掃除が簡単な方が良いですよね。
小さなシャワールームなので大きなタイルは使用しませんでした。
その分費用はかかりましたが、見ても美しいって幸せ、自己満が続きま~す。
We completed the remodeling. Now we have to get the furniture and decorate the rooms.
工事も無事に終わり一段落。これから家具を揃えたりデコレーションをしていきます。

Barbecue night
We did not have a barbecue for a long time.
We forgot to cover the bone with aluminum foil but my husband remembered after he already started cooking.
My husband always barbecues for us. My auntie and I got pretty drunk while we were waiting. We just kept saying oishi, delicious.
He cleaned all the dishes. I love barbecue night!
久々のバーベキュー。ラム肉の骨をアルミホイルで包むのをのをすっかり忘れていました。
夫は焼いている途中で思い出して、あわてて包んだそうです。バーベキューはいつも夫の仕事なので、私と叔母は、待ってる間にすっかり酔いが回り、ただだだおいしいの連発、後始末も夫まかせの夜でした。
