Lunch at Yu Chun

We went to one of our vacation rentals to check it out this morning. We delivered the new towels and did some repairing and sewing.

After that we went to a popular cold noodle Korean restaurant. We ordered the cold black noodle that is made from arrowroot and buckwheat. It was chewy and comes with a fine shaved ice like soup.

It had plenty of noodle but we wish there was more protein.

今日は朝からバーケーションレンタルのチェックへ。新しいタオルを届けたり、小さな修繕、針仕事、、、。その後、昼食は韓国冷麺で人気のレストランへ。かき氷のようなみぞれスープの中に、葛粉とそば粉がミックスされた歯ごたえのある黒い麺が入っています。麺の量は多いのですが、タンパク質の具が少ないのが物足りなかった。
