Today, our vacation rental guest wrote in a review that the towels are getting worn in one of our rentals. I went shopping right away and am now washing those linens at home.
Usually the housekeeper checks things like that and lets us know it is time to change but she missed this one. I guess I should go there more offten to check it out. We appreciate that the guest still gave us 4 stars!
今日は、チェックアウトされたお客様から、タオルがヨレヨレになってきているとの書き込みがありました。これは大変とばかり、すぐにショッピングへ、、、その後、家で大洗濯。
いつもハウスキーパーさんが、新しいリネンと変える時期を知らせてくれるのですが、今回はミス。やはり人任せだけではいけないとつくづく反省、今後はもっと足を運んで点検に行きます。こんなことがあっても、お客様から４つ星を頂いて感謝しています。
