We just put this house on the market about one week ago. There are 3 couples from the mainland that found the house on the internet and are interested in buying it. One couple came the day before yesterday and they made an offer after looking at many other properties. We didn't want to accept an offer before they actually saw the property so now we are relieved.
私たちのハワイ島の家をマーケットに出してから１週間。オンラインで見ただけで、購入したいと言う人達が３組も現れました。全て本土の人達です。私たちは、実際に物件を見ない人のオファーは受けつけません。それで１組のカップルは、一昨日ハワイ島入りし、他の物件も見た後オファーを入れました。やはり実際に物件を見てもらってからの方が安心、ほっとしました。
